By region, the European market under the effects of the Russian-Ukrainian situation and inflation, TV demand continues to be sluggish; the North American market was affected by the inflation and logistics factors, also had no obvious recovery; China market under the support of the promotion season expected for a small increase in the early time, but after the outbreak of the epidemic, the market is expected to become more pessimistic; emerging markets retail performance is also pessimistic.By size, the end demand affected by inflation, war and geopolitical games, and other factors gradually become optimistic, the situation in Eastern Europe dragged down the pace of recovery of small and medium-sized demand; under the influence of the weak demand in North America and China and other main regional markets, large size stocking power continues to be weak. Accordingly, the brand for the panel stocking demand more and more conservative, small size demand also from the short-term strong into the downturn. But the face of the quarter-end inventory target, panel makers delay the inventory pressure through the positive price strategy and the way such as stuffing stock warehouse. On the whole, the March panel shipment scale is better than expected, but under the premise of the terminal market can’t digest the inventory, April shipments are afraid of facing greater pressure. According to the Sigmaintell research data, in March the global LCD TV panel shipments were 24.14 Mpcs, an increase of 3.8% YoY, an increase of 9.8% MoM; the shipping area reached 14.97 M㎡, basically flat YoY, an increase of 9.2% MoM.
