Panel Shipments：
The MNT panel shipment in May’22 was about 14.1Mpcs, decreasing 1.3% MoM. Affected by the base, the year-on-year growth was more positive. Overall, the MNT market continues to be depressed, and analysis of the reasons mainly include:

1. Affected by the macroeconomic, the overall market consumption desire is relatively low, and market demand continues to decline;
2. The main terminal customers’ demand continues to decline, and their inventory continues to rise, so the commercial brands have lowered Q2 purchase volume, and consumer’s brands also strictly control inventory;
3. Although some panel factories have adjusted capacity of MNT display, the market is still in a state of oversupply.

Therefore, the panel prices will continue to decline, and the pressure of panel factory’s cost will further increase. Not only panel factory but also brands, inventory pressure continues to increase, so the price war will continue to intensify. It is expected that the panel shipment scale in June will be 12.3M, decreasing 12.6% MoM. The overall shipment in Q2 will be 40.7M, down 14.4% QoQ.
